Wil Dilg Chapter draws its membership from the Winona, Minnesota and Fountain City, Wisconsin areas, centered on the beautiful Mississippi River Valley..
Izaak Walton League founder Wil Dilg spent most of his hunting and fishing time in the Winona area on the Mississippi River.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP

 

Wil Dilg Chapter Awards Save Our Streams Grant to Cochrane Fountain City School. During the spring of 2006 CFC middle school science class under the direction of teacher Tammy Drazkowski take water quality samples in two tributaries and along the main stem of Eagle Creek in western Buffalo County. Eagle Creek is a tributary to Waumandee Creek and part of the State's Waumandee Creek priority watershed.
